Common problem handling:

1. Track not smooth: The basket slide may be blocked or not parallel, try cleaning the track or adjusting the slide position.

2. Door panel not tightly closed: Check whether the track is installed according to the parameters, and whether the connection between the basket and the door panel is tightened and adjusted.

3. Surface scratches or damage: It is recommended to contact the seller directly for replacement

4. Easy derailment of the basket: Check if the track is installed correctly, reinstall and adjust it.

5. Door panel tilt or irregularity: Check if the pull basket is installed correctly, reinstall or tighten the screws.

6. Excessive noise: The track lacks lubrication or the screws connecting to the basket are loose. Lubricants can be added or related components can be tightened.

7. Sink blockage: Use a water vent or pipeline blocker to clean the blockage, or try flushing with pipeline blocker.

8. Leakage of faucet: Check if the faucet gasket is worn or loose, and if necessary, replace the gasket or tighten the screws.

9. Rust on sink: Use rust remover or sandpaper to gently polish the rusted area, and then apply anti rust paint.

10. Small water flow at the faucet: It may be due to clogged filter screen on the faucet. Simply clean the filter screen.

11. Sink stains: Wipe with a mild cleaner and damp cloth to avoid using irritating chemicals.

12. Loose handle of faucet: Tighten the handle screw or replace the handle.

Common problem handling:

1. The door panel is not tightly closed, and the gap is too large or too narrow: it can be adjusted by adjusting the screws on the hinge.

2. Hinge rusting: Hinges do not rust in general environments, and it is recommended not to wipe them with irritating cleaning agents that remove formaldehyde.

3. Drawer jamming: It may be due to dust and foreign objects on the track, which can be cleaned with a brush

4. The drawer cannot be fully closed: there may be foreign objects or deformation on the track, or the track may not be installed on a horizontal plane      Remove the drawer and check the track. The track itself is smooth, and reinstall the track on the same plane.

5. The door panels of the hanging cabinet do not have cushioning or excessive upward flipping force, often due to mismatched support and usage. It is recommended to use them correctly according to the instructions.
